- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Previous to Dr. Kowalski taking over this practice, I had been a patient at this office for over 30 years. After several visits to Dr. Kowalski I will NEVER return. The office did "deep cleaning" on my teeth when I went for routine cleaning (as scheduled) and then billed me an exorbitant amount for a service that was not discussed with me. This should have been explained PRIOR to doing. It was NOT. When I called to have my records transferred I was given a "speech" by the person answering my call addressing the office's philosophy of practice - very condescending and rude in my opinion.August 08, 2017by Peggy J.
